Sapori is the result of the Moragues – Wallus family project that Mirjam and Damian started more than 30 years ago with the name Restaurante Cacatua.
After more than 30 years of success with the Cacatua concept, due to new customer demands, Mirjam and Damian this time together with their children start a new concept which is the one we know today as Sapori.
At 65 years old, Damian, far from wanting to retire, decides to reinvent himself and is going to learn from the best national and international ice cream masters, doing initial training in Malaga and later in Turin (Italy).
Mirjam, on the other hand, continues to be the hostess of the establishment and is the one who has facilitated the entry of new ideas that her children bring, such as the famous Bubble Waffle, our Gourmet burgers, or some digitalization tools that have allowed us to offer you a better service.
